What you need:
3 cups all purpose floue
3/4 teaspoon yeast (or 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast)
pinch of salt
Mix them all together with your hand or a spoon.
Add 11/2 cups warm water.
Cover and leave it to sit for 12 hours.
Preheat the oven to 500 and put the pan your cooking it in, in the oven to preheat it.
Pat down the dough when it's ready and fold it like a square.
put it in the pan and put the lid on for 45 minutes and then 15 minutes with the lid off.
it hurt me !!! but it was good!!!!!
