Poached Egg

I never knew that poaching an egg was so easy.  I messed up the first time because the water wasn't hot enough.

What you need:
an egg
1 tps. vinegar
salt

1. Crack the egg in a bowl without breaking the yolk.  Fill a medium sized pan halfway up with water and add the vinegar and some salt.  Wait till the water has bubbles coming up to the top but doesn't fully boil. Whisk the water until there is a swirl and drop the egg in the middle.  It should turn white when you first drop it in or the water isn't hot enough.
It's a little watery when it's done.
