Banana Muffins

These muffins are so easy and delicious to make.  They are perfect for morning and night!  And they are the perfect choice if you have bananas that are brown.

What you need:
3 bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Topping:
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp melted butter

1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt then put it aside.  Mash the bananas in a bowl and then mix in sugar, egg, and melted butter.



 2)  Stir in the flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time until lightly moistened.

3)  Spoon the batter into 12 cupcake tins lined with cupcake papers.  Fill them 3/4 full.

4) In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.  Mix it together until it is clumpy.

5) Put the brown sugar mixture on top of each cupcake until there is a light coat on top of each one.

6) Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes.
