What you need:
Pie crust:
11/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3 tbs cold water
Filling:
4 apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tbs. cinnamon
Dough:
Cut the butter into cubes and it has to be cold
Mix four and sugar and put a couple cubes inMash all the cubes with your fingers
Then finish the rest of the cubes
Sprinkle the water over the dough
Mash it with a fork
Knead the dough in your hands
Apples:
Put it in the fridge for an hour and get out the apples
Cut the apples into little chunks
Melt the butter and add the sugars
Add the apples
Let them sit until needed
Roll out dough and cut circles
Drain apple and keep sauce and put the apples on half of it
Fold it over, press edges with fork, and cut slits on the top with small knife
Bake for 15-25 minutes
Put extra sauce on top
