What you need:
Crust:
12 graham crackers
1/8 lb butter
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
3 eggs, separated
1 juice of lemon
1/3 cup sugar
2 packages cream cheese
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1) I used a pre-made crust to save time so you can use a 9x9 crust but if you make it, use a 9x12 pan.
Crush the graham crackers and melt the butter and add the butter and sugar to the crackers. Press the mixture in the pan and chill.
2)Preheat oven to 350.
3) Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
4) Cream yolk
5) Add cream cheese cut into cubes, lemon juice, and sugar
6) Beat until smoothe
6) FOLD IN egg whites. If you beat them in, it won't turn out right.
7) Put it on a sheet to make it easier to transport.
IMPORTANT!
9X12 PAN- 20 MINUTES
9X9 PAN- 45 minutes

Finished and it doesn't matter what the top look like because the topping covers it up so don't worry. |
8) Mix the sugar, vanilla and sour cream together until creamy
9) Pour over pie and spread it out until it touches the crust
10) Bake for 5 more minutes
