So What you need:
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1) Combine vinegar and milk
2) Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl
3) Whisk eggs and butter into the milk mixture
4) pour flour mixture into milk mixture
5) Heat skillet over medium heat
6) pour 1/4 cup of batter for one pancake and cook until the bubbles appear on top.
7) FLIP

ReplyDeleteI will have to try these....they sound wonderful! Hopefully they will turn out ok with substituting milk with almond milk and real butter with fake non dairy "butter". I am glad to have found your blog!
